This policy covers the amounts that the Company may become legally liable to pay as damages as a result of:

• Death
• Permanent disability
• Temporary Disability - resulting in loss of earning and
• Medical expenses, which are payable only if the option is chosen and the agreed premium.

KEY ADVANTAGES / FEATURES

Subject to the limits specified in the policy, ACTIVA shall:

• Compensate the insured for injury, death, etc.
• Pay for the medical bills or reimburse the insured for out-of-pocket medical bills
• Conducts a survey to ensure a safe working environment;
• Reimburse the insured for any Costs and expenses incurred with the written consent of ACTIVA
